Mrs. Ekta Seth
Promoter, Chairperson & Managing Director (Key Managerial Person)
A seasoned leader in the Indian facade industry, Mrs. Ekta Seth brings over two decades of business acumen and operational expertise to Faalcon Concepts Limited. A graduate in English Honors from Delhi University, she has been instrumental in building the company from its inception. As Managing Director, she oversees the company’s overall strategic direction, operations, and growth. Her foresight and leadership continue to scale the company’s presence across India’s construction and infrastructure markets.
Mr. Prithvi Seth
Promoter & Whole-Time Director (Key Managerial Person)
A law graduate from Lloyd’s Law College, Mr. Prithvi Seth has 10+ years of experience in the infrastructure and facade sector. He plays a crucial role in operations, business development, and expansion strategies. Known for his strong industry network and analytical thinking, he ensures the seamless execution of projects and stakeholder alignment.
Mr. Tribhuvan Seth
Promoter & Whole-Time Director (Key Managerial Person)
Also a law graduate from Lloyd’s Law College, Mr. Tribhuvan Seth brings over 7 years of experience in the infra and building envelope segment. As a key contributor to the company’s strategic planning and operational execution, he works closely with the leadership team to drive project excellence and organizational scale.
Mr. Praveen Pathania
Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Person)
He has 28+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, Mr. Pathania joined Faalcon Concepts Limited on April 25, 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. He manages all financial operations, fiscal planning.
Mrs. Vibha Punia
Head (Technical)
A Civil Engineering graduate from M.M. University, Haryana, Mrs. Vibha has 13+ years of technical experience in the facade and glazing industry. She brings deep technical expertise in design coordination, costing, tendering, site management, and system solutions (including Reynaers). She has been a vital part of Faalcon since 2021.
